I used to be so exhausted that I slept on the floor of the loo at work at lunchtime. My baby resisted bedtime and woke up every 2 hours at night. It was tough and we couldn’t afford a sleep consultant as the fees were so high. During my second maternity leave I applied to study postnatal facilitation at university to become a postnatal practitioner for a well known birthing class charity.
Ten years later with further specialised study and training in sleep education I have now have helped thousands of families and won several national awards for my work with parents.
My work is baby and toddler led which allows you to parent responsively.
I use a life time of training and specialist knowledge to get you better sleep – BSc (Hons) Food Science, Holistic Sleep Coaching, and Postnatal Facilitation Dip H.E., as we need to look at every aspect of your little one’s life to sustainably improve sleep – a holistic approach which allows us to work in a developmentally appropriate and respectful way.
My magic ingredient- working as a team!
Your baby or toddler is unique and the solution is likely to be too. With your observations, parental intuition and my experience we will work out how to get results in a gentle but achievable way.
I know that being a parent can be a financial strain, therefore my fees are low cost as I strongly believe that sleep support should be available to everyone.
I do not use crying it out or derivatives of and will support your wellbeing during the process of change.
If you would like top quality sleep support that is terrific value, based in evidenced based research and is kind and respectful I would love to work with you.
